The Leuko Cart™ is a self-contained mobile workstation with automated hook-rack and shelf. This workstation provides an engineered solution for ergonomic issues associated with the handling of blood bags during components lab processes such as leukoreduction, bacterial detection testing or pooling of blood components.
Stainless steel construction ensures all surfaces can be thoroughly cleaned.
The lower shelf splits in two and is removable.
A pneumatic mechanism raises and lowers the shelves to the operational working height.
4 swivel wheels provide good mobility.
The working height of both shelves is adjusted by the operator to individual needs thus enabling loading, unloading and lifting of the packs easily and safely.
Upper shelf automatically stops at predetermined positions for filtering at manufacturer’s recommendation.
Powered by CO2 gas the cart is completely self-contained.
It can be operated in a 4°c cold room.
